18 November, good news come back from Jinhui Group casting/foundry project department: great hot commissioning success for 2sets 200T four girders casting crane(Kuang yuan Brand).
For this project, there are 8 set heavy duty and heavy lifting capacity foundry crane, all those crane are designed and manufactured by our factory. 200T four girders casting crane is used for lifting full capacity hot molten ladle in refining furnace area.
There are double girder and four girders structure for casting/foundry crane, should be accurate speed adjustment and high-efficiency operation when it is lifting full molten ladle. Assisting by detecting-sensor control technology, foundry crane can fulfil fault detection and fault control function, cooperating metallurgical factories finish production process’s optimization and upgrading.
