Shipbuilding gantry crane is a big lifting capacity, big span and big lifting height gantry crane, specially used for large scale ship hulls/boat body's fragmented transport, abutting joint and overturn in the dock yard. Main technical characteristics: single lifting, two trolley lifting together, overturn in the air, horizontal slight rotation; For the gantry frame, there are single girder and double girder; cross section optimization design; Upper trolley is installed outside the main girder with double hook, down trolley is installed in the central of the two girder, two trolley can work at the same time; All travel mechanism use frequency converter(VVVF) control ; There are jib crane is equipped on the crane for repairing trolley; To prevent storm attack, rail clamp and ground anchor are set up.
