Product description

Double girder overhead casting crane is the main equipment for steelmaking and continuous casting process, mainly used to lift and transport liquid steel ladle and hot metal molten liquid. It is double girder and single trolley/crab, mainly organized by box-weld bridge, trolley/crab, connecting traverse, trolley traveling mechanism, crane traveling mechanism and control system. The main hook use fixed-width hook carrier-beam to lifting ladle, assisting by auxiliary hook, to finish the pouring of molten steel and steel slag. The long traveling mechanism and electrical device are installed in the main girder, electrical room is lined with rock wool board toprevent insulation, and equipped with thermal baffle under the main girder, to reduce heat radiation of molten steel to crane steel structure. For the long travel, the crane adopts four-corner drive. The crane equipped with electronic scale, display device, overload switch.
